Time is a precious resource!
Everyone involved in EHOS volunteer their time, skills and resources, all in an effort to produce the best possible shows for our audiences and members.
A huge amount of work is needed behind the scenes, so to make sure we can keep on top of all of it we have a system of sub-committees that work alongside the main EHOS Committee to help get everything done.
Sub-committees are very informal; we actually run them remotely by massanger. The way it works is that we post a question or a request and if you can help, or know someone that can then problem solved!
The idea is that a collective of people are more likely to be able to provide support and solve a problem then one single person so splitting the tasks means a small invest of time from whoever can help. It could range from ‘Does anyone have a coconut shy?’ to ‘Can someone pick up the flyers from Ware please?’
We always welcome any assistance and you are not actually committing to anything other then listening to what we need and helping if you can.
